Very private location at the end of a cul-de-sac and only .9 miles to Mayflower Beach, one of the best beaches in the mid Cape area. Home can accommodate 8 people with potential for more. Lovely private back yard with outdoor shower for after the beach, gas grill for your barbecuing on the beautiful deck overlooking back yard. Cable and WiFi, and NEW MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER units have been installed in the main floor bedrooms as well as the lower level. Washer / dryer are available .
