Great for second year running. Very comfortable home and surroundings. Siting on the patio for sunsets was highlight for a winter day.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this charming home. It was not only stunning but also spotless and neatly arranged. Whether on the inside or outside, the views were breathtaking for watching the sunrise and sunset! Its ideal location allowed easy access to Santa Fe while remaining far enough away to avoid the city's hustle.
The location is perfect with a nice hiking trail leading between properties. There was plenty of privacy around the hose with room to roam. The area was quiet and very peaceful. The house itself was exceptional from the rooms, to the shared spaces, to the kitchen. The amenities were great and we did not have a single issue. We had a fabulous stay - Thank you!
Don’t hesitate to book. Property is 5 Star, very comfortable, clean and high-end quality furnishings, bedding and kitchen. The hosts communication was A. The outside patio and sunsets are a joy. It’s a great base to explore Santa Fe and the surrounding area. We hope to be back!
We loved every minute of our stay at 15 Moya Loop! The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The setting is even more beautiful, with lovely views all around, peace and serenity everywhere. An easy, quick drive into Santa Fe.
The house and check in were fantastic. We will be back. Our entire family had a great time. You can’t run out of things to do. The house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave.

Stunning Views
Our stay was lovely. The views here are outstanding. The various outdoor sitting spaces were our favorite part. We asked the host to keep the space fragrance free. Too many of these places are overwhelming in fragrance that sticks to your clothing and body leaving us smelling the whole trip. They gracious removed all the fragrances and cleaned our linens in fragrances free products. If you have a sensitive family that needs hypoallergenic or ends up being sick the whole trip, reach out to this host. They were accommodating.

Home is fantastic. Great views in a wonderful neighborhood. No issues. We had great family time setting at kitchen table and on the patio. Many things to do and see in Santa Fe and surrounding area. We had an great time and enjoyed relaxing at the end of each day on the patio or in living room with a warm fire.

A+ expereince!
Everything you need plus more!
House and service was flawless!
We arrived at the house, went in and to our surprise the host left us wine and glasses to boot. They had coffee set out for us and everything. I have to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were stunned by the views night and day. Our host was on point to make sure we had everything we needed and she followed up .
My son and I had made a trip up there a year earlier and had talked up the local Santa Fe scene, needless to say, this house helped to sell it to the rest of the family. The water pressure in the master shower was phenomenal coming from a rainwater supply system it was refreshing.
What can I say, the whole experience was absolutely refreshing. The only thing, and the only thing I can say we missed was having a hot tub after long days skiing/boarding on the mountain....otherwise, the experience was on point!
To our host, and for our missed communications due to the mountain interference or spotty service, no fault of hers, thank you!
