This corner unit is one of four in a one-story building, giving it the feel of a private villa. It overlooks the courtyard and pool. A $30K renovation was just completed on the pool and pool deck. There is also a free parking space that comes with this unit.
The interior has been completely remodeled and it is beautifully furnished. The kitchen boasts natural wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The living room is equipped with a 32-inch LCD TV, VCR and an iPod docking station/stereo. There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom with a 26-inch flat screen TV. The sofa in the living room is a full size pull-out. The bathroom and shower are done in Travertine marble. Brazilian cherry and Dade pine floors finish off this exquisitely decorated Hollywood beach getaway.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I live in Hollywood and we love Hollywood Beach. We decided to buy a beach condo in Hollywood so we could have mini vacations close to home all year long. Our friends tease us because our vacation home is only 10 minutes from our house. However, I don't hear them complaining when they come to visit. We love our beach condo and we know everyone who stays there will love it too!
