The Space:

Snow settles quietly through the surrounding old-growth forest as morning light filters in through tall windows, framing Whistler Mountain beyond. You ease into the day with coffee in hand, the house still and warm, before boots go on and the mountains call. Evenings return you to crackling firelight, steaming water in the hot tub, and long conversations that stretch late into the night.



Living space

Set across three levels in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home is designed for groups who want room to spread out while staying connected. Large gathering spaces invite everyone together after a day outdoors, while quiet corners offer space to unwind. A private elevator connects all floors, making movement through the home easy and comfortable.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to fourteen guests across seven bedrooms. The primary suite includes a fireplace, walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and deep soaker tub. Five additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the lower level, a bunk room with two queen-sized bunk beds includes a TV and game console. A powder room near the media room adds convenience for shared spaces.



Bathrooms

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and bathroom essentials are provided. The primary suite includes a bathtub, while the remaining ensuites are equipped with showers. An additional powder room serves the lower level.



Kitchen and dining

The main kitchen is open and welcoming, with space to prepare and share meals together. A separate butler kitchen supports larger gatherings. Mornings gather naturally around the six-seat breakfast bar, while evenings settle in at the dining table that seats fourteen.



Indoor living and entertainment

After skiing or exploring the village, the home becomes a place to slow down. A media room with a cinema system and adjoining billiards room offers relaxed entertainment, while the indoor fireplace creates a cozy focal point during winter nights. Wifi and multiple TVs keep everyone connected.



Outdoor features

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces remain a highlight. The private outdoor pool is available year-round, and the hot tub offers a welcome place to warm up under falling snow. A fire pit and areas allow you to enjoy the crisp mountain air throughout the season.



Ski access and neighborhood

Located in Kadenwood, the home offers ski-in/ski-out access depending on conditions. The private Kadenwood Gondola is a short walk away, connecting you directly to Creekside Village with its shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola.



Practical details

The home includes a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers, in-suite laundry, air conditioning with a split type ductless system, heating, and parking in a two-car garage with additional driveway space. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

•Note on Amenities: Please note the pool is not currently heated; however, the hot tub is working perfectly! Our current pricing has been discounted to compensate for this change.

• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
