This property offers a private 2 car garage where you can unload your ski or bike gear to securely store. Enter to the spacious open concept living area that is surrounded by windows that showcase the astounding surrounding mountain views. The beautiful exposed log beams and wood burning fireplace make this floor warm and inviting. Enjoy family dinner at the large dining table which offers seating for 14. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, gas stove top, dishwasher, and a spacious island counter. In Summer 2024 over $1.5 million is being spent on upgrading this already beautiful home. The new upgrades are primarily targeted at increasing the homes usable space. The previously unused lower floor will now include a brand new electric dry sauna, and a full recreation space made up of a billiards table, a wet bar, and movie area. All upgrades are to the highest possible standard and include luxury finish, and entirely custom millwork and design. On this floor you'll also find a full bathroom and the final ensuite bedroom.

BEDROOMS

From the main floor, head upstairs to the spacious primary suite offering a king bed, queen sofa bed, TV and full ensuite. This bright master bedroom gets plenty of afternoon sun and you can enjoy the endless mountain views. The ensuite offers a double vanity and oversized shower with freestanding tub.

Head down to the ground level to find the remaining 4 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed or 2 twin beds, TV and ensuite with tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom offers a a king bed or 2 twin beds and TV. The 4th bedroom offers a king bed or 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are services by a separate bathroom with shower. The 5th bedroom offers a king bed or two twin beds, TV and ensuite with shower. From this bedroom you will also find access to the lower deck with private hot tub. One floor down you ll find the 6th bedroom offers a king bed or two twin beds, TV and ensuite with shower.

BOOKING DETAILS

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
