The quiet air carries only the sound of wind through the trees, and the day ahead promises skiing, laughter, and slow evenings by the fire.

The Space
Set high above the valley in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this serene mountainside escape combines comfort and connection to nature. The home’s open design and cathedral ceiling create a spacious atmosphere, while expansive windows frame panoramic mountain views. Whether you’re gathered around the fireplace or watching snow fall beyond the treetops, every corner offers a sense of calm and space to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. The remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. The seventh bedroom provides a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo. Every room offers a quiet retreat after a day on the slopes.

Living areas
The main level centers around an inviting lounge with a fireplace and comfortable seating. A dining table for ten invites shared meals, while the adjoining gourmet kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with light and mountain views, creating a welcoming space to gather.

Entertainment & recreation
After skiing, unwind in the media room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table. A well-equipped gym offers a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells for those who want to stay active indoors. On the covered lower deck, you can relax in the six-person hot tub, warm up by the outdoor firepit, or enjoy a show on the mounted TV.

Outdoor living
The main deck extends your living space into the mountain air with lounge seating, dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers. Surrounded by evergreens and open views of the valley, it’s a perfect spot for quiet mornings or evenings beneath the stars.

Neighborhood
Perched 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, Kadenwood offers both seclusion and accessibility. Guests can reach shops, restaurants, and the slopes via the private gondola, just a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Seasonal ski-in/ski-out access is available about 200 meters from the home, typically beginning in late December and ending in March, allowing you to glide directly onto Whistler Mountain’s trails when conditions allow.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.

Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
