Located in the desirable West End of town this home offers 3 luxurious bedrooms each with it's own private entrance and decks. Large well equipped kitchen, AC and washer/dryer. Bright natural light floods the open kitchen- dining room- living room which extends to huge spacious decks with wonderful views. Two large outdoor dining tables shaded by market umbrellas and a large outdoor grill perfect for entertaining! The expansive views to the south and west overlook a bucolic landscape of horses, pastures, marsh and woodlands. You'll be amazed this exists in tightly developed Provincetown! A stroll to downtown and close to Victor's Restaurant, Liz's Cafe and Sal's Place. A quick bike ride to beautiful beaches! Scroll through the photos to find how this home offers everything you want for your vacation. Parking for 3 cars. Saturday to Saturday 7 night minimum from mid-June to mid-September. 3 night minimum all other times. $400 cleaning fee for rentals less than 7 nights. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

Perfect Ptown week!

Had a great repeat stay at this property. Location is fantastic with fabulous views and easy access to town center via biking or walking. Plenty of parking and space in the house to comfortably enjoy a week at the beach!

Beautiful and clean home

A bit off the beaten path but a beautiful home overlooking the tree tops and horse farm. A nice walk to town yet peaceful at night. Good communication with Scott, the manager.

Very nice house, but a few issues

The house is attractive and comfortable, and we liked the location--close to the beach, walking distance to center of town. And there was a lovely view from the deck. But we do have a few complaints. Prior to arriving we received an email stating the house would be unlocked. When we arrived, however, the house was locked, and it took more than half an hour for someone to come open the door. The screen door to the main deck was torn in places, allowing mosquitoes to get in. The listing stated that beach towels would be provided, but there were none. When we asked about that we were told the property does not provide beach towels. It wasn't until I looked up the property and told the agent that beach towels were indeed promised in the listing that he admitted that they should have been. No adjustment for that was offered, however. The deck is very comfortable for dining, but was not furnished for lounging, nor was there enough space to do that comfortably, which is unfortunate in a house advertised to accommodate six adults. On the whole, we did enjoy our stay, though I am not sure we would choose this particular house again.

Fantastic getaway

Beautiful home with great amenities and charm. Owners made sure their home is comfortable and inviting. And the views of the horse farm from the deck can’t be beat. Convenient to the beaches, town and bike trails. We will be back!
