When you step inside, the view draws you to the windows - an outlook like no other, across the beach, the bay and the western mountains. But that's not all - you get a fabulous view at night of the lights of Tahunanui, Stoke & the Waimea Plains!
The house is a grand design - the master bedroom is on the top floor with its own private balcony, with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.
The living area is at street level, as is the large double garage. This middle floor has the entry level foyer, spacious lounge and conservatory, kitchen and dining areas, plus an office, separate toilet & enticing deck-top with incredible views.
The wrap around deck and BBQ area can be accessed via the conservatory & through sliding doors from the lounge or dining room.
The lower level consists of three double bedrooms, large bathrooms, separate toilet, and the laundry. These bedrooms have doors opening on to a long deck, with steps up to give external access to the 2 leveled middle deck.
The stunning views of Tasman Bay can be enjoyed from all levels. A beautiful, calm home to relax in, ideal for an executive family.
**Special conditions and notes**:
- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
- Garage area is not available for guest use. Off-street parking & On-street parking are both available.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Great place to stay would thoroughly recommend. Not close to anything so would need a vehicle but amazing views.
Could do with more mirrors in rooms and unfortunately we had to clean the oven trays as they hadn't been cleaned Would definitely come back again
Mainly positive experience. Needs more kitchen equipment and hand and face cloths. Also more blankets or electric blankets on beds. Mirrors in each bedroom would help along with rubbish bins.
Good parking and place was clean.
