Trailhead Lodges 712 is a premier condominium property located in Downtown Winter Park, Colorado. With high-end amenities, and professionally decorated you'll feel at home after a day of skiing, hiking or walking home from one the many summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center. This is a pet friendly one-bedroom condo and features a large primary suite with a King bed and 42” smart tv!

Trailhead Lodges is conveniently located downtown Winter Park, just across from the Rendezvous Event Center which hosts world-class music festivals all summer long, including the Winter Park Jazz Festival and many more. This second-floor unit is located across from the clubhouse which features BBQ grills, shared outdoor hot tub and heated swimming pool and an expansive clubhouse with pool table, kitchen, sitting area, workout room, and many more amenities. This unit also has a private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, high-end appliances, and a gas fireplace. ​​​​​​​

Note: This home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids 12 years and younger only. The two twin beds are for children, not adults.

Very nice and in a great location too!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. The ski shuttle to Winter Park Resort was right next to the property and the restaurants in Winter Park proper.

This trip was a personal retreat and I could not have asked for a more perfect place. It was quiet, extremely well-appointed, and in a great location along the creek and walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Great Location

This condo was extremely cozy. The perfect place to kick up and relax after a day out exploring. It’s located near plenty of places to eat and near the bus stops as well to get around winter park. Would definitely stay there again. Property Manager was very each to reach out to and helped with any questions. Our trip was perfect thanks to this place.
