The condo was very clean. I did not plan on a Keurig coffee maker and had to go back to town to purchase K Cups for coffee. If you enjoy very soft mattress then this is the place for you but not for my husband who suffers from back pain. The host was responsive when they did not have our reservation for three nights. That was resolved very quickly. We have stayed on Harbor Island many times and enjoyed our stay. We had an enjoyable time but suggest More information from the listing .

Wonderful stay

We had a great time! October is also the perfect time To be here! Practically the beach to ourselves! The state park is gorgeous for a sunrise! Happy we booked :)

Great place to relax

The condo is very nice and had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and got to see the gators too. Bed was comfy and shower was awesome. The pools are nice and easy to walk to. We went to get away from everything and didn’t want crowds or boardwalks and it was perfect. The state park nearby was great too.

This location is absolutely perfect. From the deck you can see Johnsons Creek & Hunting Island State Park to the right. To the left is a partial view of the beach/ocean. The walk from the porch to the Beach is easy, beautiful & has a little shower to rinse off sand after the beach on the way back. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill right across the sidewalk in front of the deck. The bed is soft & comfortable. The shower had perfect water pressure and temperatures. The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed for cooking all meals. All appliances worked great. We booked this trip in advance & then I had an unexpected emergency surgery the day before our first night. We decided to make the trip anyway, and I am glad we did. There were minimal steps to access the room. The room was clean & comfortable & really made recovery so much easier. The only thing we needed and could not find in the condo was a broom or vacuum & coffee. I chose not to contact the host/guest contact to ask for a broom and purchased one instead since we needed to make a trip to the store anyway. We very much enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for a better place.

The location was great. There is a spot in the floor in the family room that is in need of attention. I believe the sub-floor underneath has rotten and you feel it give way when you walk across it. It’s not a large area approximately 1ft x 1ft. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous condo in a beautiful setting. Housekeeping needs to dust-under TV an inch thick in dust. Towels need replacing - worn and old. Had a great weekend!

Enjoyed our visit but condo needed a more thorough cleaning. Bath towels need replaced. Had no hand towels. Only had 1 kitchen towel. Nice Keurig with coffee. Some basic condiments & spices would be nice. Loved sitting out on the deck in ‘hanging’ chairs.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! Everything was well cleaned and several nice touches. The laundry and dish pods left on the sink and mini shampoos left on the bathroom sink. The proximity to the beach access is really understated in my opinion. You walk out the back door and the path goes right to the ocean. It is over a marsh but the walk is really beautiful. The beach was really quiet and clean, very calm waters in the sound. We also loved the Hunting Beach parking pass as a perk. The house was well stocked with pans, silverware, wine opener, simple spices. We are already talking about when we can go again!We didn't need anything but appreciated Scott texting us right at check in time for some final reminders and the offer to let him know what we needed.

Great little condo

Loved the condo. The bed was super comfortable which doesn’t always happen with rentals. The back door was three balconies away from the board walk to the beach so super close. The community pool was very nice. Community felt very safe being gated with security and controlled access. We went in July and the noseeums were pretty bad. I don’t remember them being that bad at other beaches along the SC coast. Communication with the host and the management company was slow, and some things we never received an answer. Overall, I would stay here again, just maybe not during biting fly season.

Nice Condo

It was a nice quiet condo. It is oceanfront, but about 200 yards to the beach. Pool is about 100 yards, behind the other condo units. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again.
