Ocean Villa 2 is a, Beachfront Villa situated on large private lot (.7 acres) with over 120 feet of ocean frontage including a beautiful beach (tidal) and awesome waterfront sitting with sun protection, power and lighting. From the Villa's beach it’s only a short walk (50 feet) in knee high water to one of the best beaches in all of Turks & Caicos, Sapodilla Bay Beach. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds, your own beautiful beach and still be steps from a larger beach.

Both beaches (Ours and SapBay) are perfect for Children. The water very inviting, it’s calm, crystal clear and a beautiful Turquoise colour. Kids can play and snorkel right in front of the villa while parents sit in the water in beach chairs watching.

The villa is situated on a point of land between two small bays within the larger Sapodilla Bay. This positioning gives the villa 220 degree views of the Ocean. The villa and it's large pool enjoy Westerly ocean views perfectly positioned to capture the sunset.

This older Villa has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; a large separate living area; kitchen and bar and large pool with poolside gazebo.
All areas are Air Conditioned.

Ocean Villa 2 can be rented separately or together with the property next door, 4,500 sqft Ocean Villa 4. 2 separate homes with over 6,000 sq. ft. of elegant living space, swimming pools; your own beach and a large private setting which delivers a lot for the vacationing family.

The sand in front of the villa is sugar white! The water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action. You can snorkel right in front of the property and see coral, fish and sea turtles.

AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes and fans keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living /great room at an extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Conservative nighttime usages have averaged $300-$500/week. Electricity and Water is metered separately. Conservation is encouraged.

CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any
reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travellers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period. Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows open, electricity and water will be metered separately, payable at check out.
