We Were A Bit “Antsy”
The pictures on the website were misleading. The sofas were not inviting and we did not sit on them at all during our week. The kitchen floor was ok - but when the mat at the sink was moved it was grimy underneath. The hall bathroom was old and the tub was surrounded with 3 shower curtains that were not clean. Didn’t use that shower. Cushions on the eating area chairs had food stains on some of them; wicker light above table had cobwebs on it. There was crayon scribbling covering the wall behind the trash can.
Our main problem, however, was the ants on the sink, counter and dishwasher. There was ant spray, but made surfaces sticky. We purchased 4 ant traps that seemed to kill them, but there was always more!! Did not use that counter and had to avoid the ants along the sink front. Contacted the owner with some of these issues - she told us about the ant spray and had cleaner bring new shower curtains. (We still did not use the shower.)
However - the beds were very comfortable and the bedroom bath was clean. The refrigerator was very clean. Very nice TVs with plenty of channels to choose from.
