This residence is located within walking distance to Bell St, restaurants, cafes, shopping, Torquay surf beach and the RACV golf course. Light-filled and freshly renovated throughout, the unit comprises 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, open plan living/dining/kitchen with SSAC and a family bathroom with separate toilet. A private paved outdoor area with hot outdoor shower leads to a large front lawn, and carport for two cars. The outlook takes in Spring Valley and the RACV Torquay golf course.

The Space:
Located a short stroll from Torquay’s iconic surf beach and surf club (550m), this completely
renovated single storey unit offers a great location for visitors to the Surf Coast. Set in a handy
location close to amenities including cafes, restaurants, shopping, Spring Creek reserve and Torquay
beach, it’s literally walking distance to the surf, golf course, footy oval, river and shopping precinct!

From inside the home or out on the front lawn common area, you will see the greenery of the golf
course and reserve, and distant views to the Jan Juc cliffs. An outdoor setting is available for meals
as the sun goes down – we get spectacular sunset views form here! The north-facing courtyard is
fenced and gets all day sunshine, complete with a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Comfortable furnished and well-appointed with all your holiday needs, the kitchen features stone
bench tops, stainless-steel electric appliances, dishwasher and a microwave. A coffee plunger is
provided, with plenty of cafes nearby for barista made coffee. Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery,
glassware and cookware are just some of the inclusions you can expect to find.

Enjoy informal meals at the brekky bar, or the dining table for 6 guests. Split system heating and
cooling to the main living hub is ideal for all seasons, while a comfy couch and armchair to watch TV
(Netflix connectivity) will be a great place to chill out after exploring the local attractions.

Three bedrooms offer one Queen bed and two Double beds (each with built-in robes and ceiling
fans). All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all
we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The bathroom has a freestanding bath tub, shower, vanity and separate toilet. The laundry has a

or parked in the street – thanks.

Ideal for couples and business travellers. Families please note there is no highchair or portacot,
please BYO. Strictly no parties, no smoking and no pets allowed.

This centrally located position offers the ideal base for all your Surf Coast adventures. There will be
some traffic noise due to being close to the Surf Coast Hwy and Bell St, but the benefits of leaving the
car at home and walking to all your dining options, boutique shopping, cafes and the surf beach all
make for easy holiday living.

riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

- A 2-5 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores.
- A 10 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 5 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.
There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk on Bell
St, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.
Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along
the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer
season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc
Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.

Getting Around:
Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. Off-street parking is
available in a carport, plus 1 visitor car parking space. Please note there is strictly no parking in
shared driveway – cars must be in carports or parked in the street – thanks.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). 
Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. 
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
