Lloret de Mar : Ce lieu, qui se trouve à 80 kilomètres de Barcelone, est devenu célèbre en Europe comme une station thermale cosmopolite avec une vie nocturne animée. Lloret a été formée par des établissements préromains, qu'encore peuvent être visités. Les points les plus importants de ces trésors architecturaux sont l'église de San Rome, le château de Sant Joan et différentes chapelles ermites. Auparavant, Lloret, ainsi que le pittoresque site voisin de Tossa de Mer, à 11 kilomètres, était lié à la construction navale et à la pêche, mais vers la moitié du siècle XX il a fait le virage vers le tourisme. Cela offre une agréable combinaison du charisme du vieux centre, avec une énorme variété de bars et de discothèques. Sur la grande plage, plusieurs sports aquatiques peuvent être pratiqués.

Mooi vakantie huis met een iets gedateerde inboedel, mooi zwembad, tennisbaan en zelfs mini golfbaan. Gelegen op een mooie centrale plek vanuit Vidreres kan je binnen korte tijd naar diverse omliggende plaatsen voor strand, winkelen of uitgaan in Lloret de Mar ( 8 minuten rijden) ontzettend goede en aardige gastheer en vrouw ( Patrick en Laetitia) stonden altijd direct klaar als we iets vroegen of wilde weten. Dit huis is een echte aanrader voor grotere groepen !!

Wonderful Holidays !

The property is great, clean, well maintained ! You have enough space for everyone to have great time, a big table for wonderful dinner. The swimmng pool is big enough for 20 people. You will need a car to move around, but the place is quiet and convinient. The owner is available for any questions and come when needed.

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique maison

Nous étions 16 personnes motards sans enfants La villa est superbe propre avec toutes les commodités que nous attendons pour un séjour vacance. Piscine, minigolf, terrain de tennis Télé.. Wifi couvert extérieur pour les repas… tout était parfait. Nous avons rencontré un problème de bruit de la part de voisins (musique très très forte) de 15h à 06h du matin…durant deux nuits… le problème a été résolut avec satisfaction sitôt que le gérant a été mis au courant de la situation. Gérant très serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je la recommanderai à un ami. Parquage dans la propriété pas très propice pour des grosses motos. Paul-Henri SUISSE

good place for share with friends and family

Good place for share a stance with more people. Very good room organization (all are double rooms except two indivial rooms). All rooms are big, and if it´s need somebody else can be included in each one (bed for baby, buggy..). Dinner room is perfect for 20 person. Equipment is good too, kitchen very good for cook for all this people (dinner service....) Outside is wonderful too. Barbacoe and big covered table outside. Minigolf, swimming pool and tennis place makes the stance funny. House is very clean and well maintained. Very good customer service (we had a problem after sign the contract and we couldn´t go to the agreed data and the owner let us change the data without any extra cost) Of course for recommend

LA CASA PERFECTA

Hemos encontrado una casa en perfectas condiciones y super equipada para pasar un fin de semana con amigos o familia de lo más agradable. Además está a 7 mins de Lloret. La distribución de la casa permite a la vez tener independencia y poder reunir a todos los amigos para comer en el porche o en el interior. La cocina es amplia y tiene todos los utensilios. La barbacoa enorme y la piscina encarada al sol con unas vistas geniales. Para rematarlo, en la casa hay minigolf!!! Muy recomendable!!! Además, la organización de Alquiler Temporal de Villas ha sido impecable. Gracias por todo!

Serves the purpose

The villa served the purpose as base camp for a 12 person adventure to Spain and surrounding areas. The second floor is the best part of the villa. Some of the rooms are smaller than these spoiled Americans are use to. The pool was a nice place to end the day of site seeing. The villa could use some upgrading and kitchen refinements. The outside covered table area allowed for all to gather, eat, drink and relax in the evenings as well. Rented in the off season and it took a day or two to air the place out and not have it smell like the hunting cabin. There were also ants in the kitchen. Would not rent this home again.

vacances 2011

nous avons passé un super sejour dans cette maison avec pleins d'amis, elle est très grande, fonctionnelle, la piscine et le tennis ont ravis les enfants et les parents. Elle est très bien située pour rayonner et visiter les villes de Barcelone, gérone, figueras, proche des différentes plages de costa brava... c'est un très bon plan pour un groupe d'amis. le propriétaire est très sympatique.

Lovely house, great week end

In September 2009 we spent a week end in the Villa Soledad. The kids loved the pool, the tennis and the crazy golf. We enjoyed the garden with the large table and BBQ. Inside the villa is spacious and clean. We definitely recommend the villa for a nice and relaxing family break.

Un week-end fantastique.

Mes amis et nos enfants nous avons passé un week-end fantastique dans Villa Soledad. Manuel, le maître, nous a fait une réception fantastique et il est très attentif et amiable, il a recommandé beaucoup d'endroits d'aller visiter et pour manger. La maison est très confortable, nettoie et très spacieuse tant à l'intérieur comme du dehors, avec le jardin, le court de tennis et le minigolf. Je recommanderai cette maison à mes amis.

Vacaciones fantásticas

Hicimos muy buena elección con esta casa. Eramos un grupo de 18 personas (12 adultos y 6 niños). La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Lloret (a sólo 5 minutos en coche). La casa está muy bien equipada y tiene muchas zonas donde estar todo el grupo (piscina, jardín, la pista de tenis, el minigolf). En especial es genial la carpa exterior con una mesa gigante y cerca de la barbacoa que nos permitió unas veladas fantásticas. La casa estaba muy limpia y el trato del personal responsable de la entrega de la casa y del cuidado de la piscina fue fantástico.

Beaucoup de fourmis et mauvais service

Les fourmis sont installées dans la maison et dès notre arrivée, il a fallu relancer le propriétaire pour avoir de l'au chaude, de la lumière,... Ne pas y aller pour la décoration mais pour la place car la maison est grande et agréable quand vous êtes nombreux.
