INSIDE THE HOME
Main floor offers a great kids room with full over full bunk. The second bedroom on this floor is tucked away and has an additional full bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and opens to large dining area with vaulted ceilings and spacious farmhouse table. Living room has decorative (not functional) stone fireplace and seating area with TV. Upper level features large master with king bed and en suite bath with skylights, walk in shower and double sinks.

THE LOCATION
Enjoy an evening walk along scenic lakeshore drive and join the locals watching the iconic Lake Michigan sunset. Pack up for a day in the sun and venture just a short drive to the white sands of award winning Oval Beach. Take the chain ferry to Downtown Saugatuck and explore the endless array of shopping, dining and cocktails. Stroll along the boardwalk and take in the boats traveling through to their ventures on Lake Michigan. Spend an afternoon on the Star of Saugatuck and view the cottages and homes along the lakeshore from a water view.

Looking to get some exercise? Try your hand at hiking up the 300 steps of Mt. Baldy and hike the loop that offers vistas of Lake Kalamazoo and Saugatuck. Bike and kayak rental are located nearby as well as boat rentals to captain your own day of exploring the local shoreline.

PARKING
There is space for 2-3 vehicles in the driveway along the side of the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This cottage is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We supply professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of cleaning and paper products and after hours emergency maintenance.
