Great experience, My family thanked me for choosing this place, and of course all the thanks go to the cottage owner. Thanks for everything
Spacious, comfortable and well designed cabin with plenty of interior walled wood.
I was highly impressed with the cabin's exterior and interior. Plenty of surrounding forest. Plenty of muskoka villages and lakes nearby. Scenery aplenty. Also, lots of places to go hiking. Wonderful restaurants and cafes.

Hi Tina and guests. Thank you so much for your feedback. It was a pleasure to host you and thanks for treating cottage as your home. You are also me to return and enjoy beauty of fall and winter seasons.
This cottage is a great place to spend a weekend with a family or friends. The road getting there is a bit rough but other than that the place is a dream location. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us and plenty of space for things to do. Communication with the owner was great and he was quick to respond. Highly recommend
My wife and I booked this cozy cottage with a friend and his family. It was their daughter’s first experience cottaging and she enjoyed every bit of her stay! The adults were not left out and over the course of our weekend here, relaxation was in abundance. The area provides a secluded feel, while still being easily accessible. The forest surrounding the place provides the sights and sounds of nature we enjoy and a deer was even spotted grazing in the backyard. We look forward to more adventures here.

It was a clean and maintained property. The only thing we couldn't make use of was barbeque - uncleaned. The stay was in a quiet and peaceful location, just as wanted. The amenities provided were excellent. The property manager was very coordinative and communicated well with guidance for the help needed. 4.7/5. Kudos.
My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family on Lake Joe. We were pleasantly surprised by the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was exceptionally clean, light-filled with comfortable beds and seating. The kitchen was very well appointed and even had sharp knives. The bathroom had a large tub and shower as well as a stackable w/d in its closet, very useful. The host was pleasant, accommodating and responsive and lives nearby. It was great to rent where the owner goes above and beyond. Trains are heard nearby during the day which we found nostalgic since we grew up near there. Since we had access to the lakes nearby, it was ideal.
My friends and I went up to this cottage for a quick weekend girl's trip.
Pros:
- Excellent communication from the hosts. Timely and friendly.
- We didn't have to bring pillows, linens, towels, etc. Everything was provided!
- All the cabinets and drawers are labelled making it easy to find things.
- No additonal cleaning required other than placing our garbage and recycling in the Bear Box out front.
- Nice location not too far from Parry Sound
Things to Consider:
- The cottage is located very close to a railway and trains can be heard sporadically throughout the day and night. Overall we were not super bothered by this.
- The outdoor porch needs some maintenance on the wooden boards however the campfire area off to the side was a nice spot to sit and relax.
