Whatever the season, relax and enjoy all the property has to offer and use it as a comfortable and well-appointed base to return to from the adventures you have planned.
Set back on a large block in a quiet street, surrounded by established gardens, the house has been updated inside and out, freshly painted with new floors throughout.
New kitchen including European appliances, well stocked with utensils and includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle heating and cooling. Quality furnishings with HD Smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi included. Games and books for all ages. Spectacular garden, mountain and valley views from inside and from the decking and garden outside.
Three comfortable bedrooms - Queen beds in two, and bunk in third (double bed with single bed above). Heating to each bedroom. Pillows, Doonas (including covers) and extra blankets supplied. BYO linen (Fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, face washers & tea towels) Linen service at additional cost can be arranged with host prior to visit. Please enquire.
Easy access bathroom with separate toilet. European style laundry with washer and dryer.
Ample outdoor seating and tables to entertain or just enjoy the gardens and the many bird varieties that visit. From Blue Wrens to Parrots, Currawongs and Kookaburras.
4 burner hotplate BBQ with gas supplied.
Room for at least 3 vehicles in driveway including one car carport. Good sized lockable shed to store bikes etc.
Strictly no pets or parties.

The house is available year round. Long weekend min 3 night stay. Australia, Cup & Xmas weekend min 4 nights. Otherwise contact host.

Great place to stay. The place is really well appointed with complimentary extras which were appreciated such as coffee pods, milk, tea and plenty of wood for the fire. Plenty of games and books on hand to enjoy during family time. Place was warm on arrival and host was really helpful. Also great views of the mountainside and snow tops.

Perfect alpine getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning place. Perfectly located for some days skiing. The house was warm, comfortable and very well-appointed. Luxurious beds, excellent shower and wood fireplace topped it off. Our daughters loved the gorgeous garden too and possibly enjoyed playing out there as much as the skiing (and they loved the skiing!)

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very clean throughout and has a good kitchen with everything you could imagine if you like cooking. The lounge area has a wood cabin feel with lovely views of the mountains and a combustion heater with plenty of wood. The owner James was very good at responding to questions through text.

Well-equipped house close to the high plains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living / dining area is comfortable, with amazing views of Mount Bogong (and of the many bird visitors!). James was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed the garden surrounds, mountain views and streaming sunlight.
