The Sands - Apartment 3

With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this ground floor one bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen and living area offers beach side holiday living at the quiet end of Onetangi beach.

Apartment 3 at The Sands is a ten minute flat walk along the beach to three lovely seaside restaurants. The vineyards/restaurants of the "vineyard valley" including Miro/Casita Miro, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke are all within easy reach. The property is close to the golf course, Countdown supermarket, Saturday farmer's market and many other Waiheke attractions.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed.

Please note: scaffolding will be up in front of apartment 3 from 04 March 2024 until the end of April for painting work. Painters will will not be working on the weekends. The work is not too loud but the scaffolding will be in view.

Please note: The gas BBQ's are shared with other guests at The Sands.
Apartment 3 is suitable for children.

The in house Property Ground Manager was the only one to book us in . WE are in our 90 .s and he was very helpful also on our departure he and his wife were very helpful
