A portacot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. Please advise this during your booking.
You must clean up after your pets to avoid extra cleaning charges and they are not allowed on the furniture please

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings sorry

Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
The standard price is for 4 guests and it increases after that per person by the total number of nights booked

Located on a quiet street only a five minute drive to shops, beach, cafes and restaurants. It is also one street back from the Rosebud RSL.

Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
