You'll enjoy this quaint one bedroom condominium located in Barrington Court within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The kitchen will be fully-equipped making cooking a meal for the family an easy task. The dining area beside the kitchen comfortably seats four.

Out on your private balcony there are two separate seating areas for you to take in the ocean view. There is a half bath near the entry for any guests which may stop by.

The bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and its own slider to the balcony. The en-suite primary bathroom has just been completely updated with a custom-tiled shower, new vanity and accompanying light fixtures etc.!

The beach is easily accessed by elevator and a couple minute walk thereafter!

Please Note: Cleaning, re-caulking, stucco repairs, and repainting of the exterior. Work will begin in November and is expected to take several months, likely extending through March 1, 2026, depending on weather conditions and any other unforeseen circumstances. Also, extensive scaffolding will be erected around the building exterior for the duration of the project. Please understand that there is no set schedule regarding the timeline on when each unit will be affected throughout the process. This project will apply to the Barrington Court Building only.
