UNIT DESCRIPTION
This 4 bedrooms multi-level Woodhaven townhouse with a view of Mt. Morrissey is ski-in/ski-out and features a full kitchen, 3 baths, washer/dryer, TV in living room and additional TV in second living room, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, a gas fireplace, a private garage, BBQ and a private hot tub. The dining room hosts up to 8 guests and the breakfast bar comes with 3 stools. This townhouse has 1800 sq ft and sleeps a maximum of 9 people.

Additional summer activities include alpine yoga, canoe & kayak rentals, cross country biking and tours, fly fishing, horse drawn carriage rides, horseback trail riding, trail running, canoe tours, and much more.

KIDS FRIENDLY SUN PEAKS
If you have children we have many kid friendly activities in the summer such as a community playground & outdoor games area, and bungee trampolines, and weekly kids activities. For the winter, Sun Peaks offers bungee trampolines, a tube park, and weekly kids activities.

Dining at Sun Peaks is a breeze with an incredible array of restaurant options for your night out. Great spot for ski-in / ski-out!

A group of us visited Sun Peaks and everyone was pleasantly surprised with the rental. It had everything we needed, very clean and the hot tub was fantastic. Lots of room for 7 adults! People I dealt with at Bear Country were prompt in responding to questions and were very helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Enjoyable

Every year a group of friends go on a ski holiday. We always look for on mountain accommodation. This may have been the BEST condo that we have rented. We all enjoyed the size, cleanliness, and location of our unit. Kudos to the owners and management team that made our trip such a success. Thank you!

Nice Spot

Unit was nicely furnished and clean. Heated floors were great. A bit far to ski to the lift but managable. Getting back in from the slope was easy. It would have be nice to have a house book. Fireplace was quirky. Bear Country very responsive.
