Lovely stay, nice and clean. Small but everything we needed for our short stay, and the complimentary breakfast was beautiful. Highly recommended. Would stay again!
The place is tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved the thoughtful touches such as bread, croissant and condiment provisions which were generous. We stayed over the Christmas/Boxing Day public holidays so a lot of shops & restaurants were closed so it was much appreciated.

Thanks for the nice review Vicky.
You are very welcome to stay with us at your next Adelaide Hills visit. As usual we do everything to provide complete privacy to our guests.
Very nice accommodation in the Adelaide Hills area. Perfect for a party of 2 maybe 3. For us as a party of 4 it got a little bit snall in the common areas. The host was very accommodating for our late evening arrival and the breakfast supplied (fresh eggs) was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bulgarie Guest House. Loved the proximity to the hills, the botanical gardens and easy access to the freeway. It had everything we needed for our weekend away. The only thing we would recommend is window coverings for the main bedroom space, but other than that, a great space and would highly recommend!
Gorgeous accommodation set in the Adelaide Hills surrounded by lush greenery
The accommodation was beautiful, clean, compact and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was such a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Adelaide city but close enough for a daily commute. We came for the Gather Round football and loved the home away from home feel that this little house offered in the Adelaide hills. The host was respectful of our privacy but available if we needed anything. The breakfast provided was a lovely touch and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We are grateful for the hospitality afforded at the Bulgari Guest House Adelaide.
The property is compact but it was fine for our family of 2 adults and a teenager for two night. Ultra modern and well appointed, it was stocked with really nice breakfast provisions and quality bathroom products. The location is fantastic and peaceful. Bisser was very friendly to deal with. Only downsides were that it was difficult to find on arriving at night, the bathroom floor gets pretty wet when using the shower, and there are no curtains to block the daylight from streaming in to the main bedroom.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking time to review our property and your stay at Bulgarie.
I really appreciate your feedback, because it is of great help to us finding what can be improved to make our guest’s stay more comfortable.
In fact, your family was the very first to rent and sleep in Bulgarie at all.
We are still working on some additions like parking entry/exit signage, curtains for the main bedroom (very difficult spot for installation) etc.
I’m very pleased that you liked the building – it’s my daughter’s project who is an Architect.
The interior design was done by my younger daughter who is a Lawyer but also have passion for home decoration.
I hope you will choose Bulgarie again with your next visit to Adelaide.
Wish you all the best.

Didn’t stay. The access is very steep, stairs have no banisters. The instructions say to leave your car half way along a horseshoe shaped drive, either end of which is very steep. Leaving car there means navigating odd steps down to a very steep drive which is meant to be crossed to further steps, again with no rails up to a black shed. Good luck if it is raining or you are carrying bags. No access difficulty is mentioned in the ad for this property. No alternative parking was offered by check-in instructions
Really enjoyed our stay in the Adelaide Hills. The host was very generous with food and other provisions left for us. It was a homely, cosy place to stay after our sojourns each day. Comfy beds & beautiful outlook from the kitchen/lounge/sitting area. Lovely artworks throughout, which I think might be the host’s own work. Thank you for our lovely stay.
We enjoyed our stay here! Great styling touches whilst remaining comfortable with everything you need. Very generous breakfast provisions and plenty of toys/activities to keep our 3yo happy.
Beautifully surrounded by greenery creating a peaceful atmosphere.
Highly recommend!
Beautifully decorated. Perfect location for exploring the hills. We even saw a koala! The breakfast supplies were a really appreciated touch. Thank you!!
