About this property

Close to the city and close to nature, this renovated cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac next to a reserve in the wonderful Aro Valley - home of Garage Project, Rita restaurant, Arobake and much more.

Only a 15-minute walk to Cuba St.

Inside there are two bedrooms (one queen, one double) and an office room equipped with two desks and monitors (with HDMI). There are two heat pumps to keep the house nice and warm. The kitchen, dining and lounge are open plan, with the kitchen opening out to a patio area.

Outside there is also seated front porch and a tandem carport.

Please note there is a security camera at the front entrance to help us preserve the peace and security of this great neighbourhood. No additional guests without prior approval.

Great Wellington Villa

Wellington Villa style with mod cons. Very comfortable with all amenities that you could wish for. Nice and close to city. Quiet peaceful gardens. Would happily stay again.

Lovely cottage and location

Cottage is very nicely fitted out and really clean. Nice bush outlook and quiet area. Easy walk to village and on to the central city.

Everything we needed.

Good location about 15 mins walk from the city . Really appreciated the carport..parking isnt easy to find in Wellington. Very clean and well stocked. I'd stay again.

Cottage in Wellington

Very nice cottage but chilly in winter August. We missed accessing local TV stations but did access streaming. Beds were comfortable and the mattress heaters really helped keep us warm! Very nice to have full kitchen and full size washing machine AND dryer.
