This is our second time staying at Parker ‘s Place and loved it! Excellent locations and Southern Belle are excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked with whatever you may need. I would highly recommend and will stay there again!

We loved this property. The place was beautifully decorated and close to everything. We were able to walk to all the local attractions and main streets. We loved having the deli/ store underneath us for quick food and drinks. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here in the future.

Great Location/Access to Historic District

The property is clean and easy to access. The location is great, right above Parker's Market for snacks and morning coffee. We walked to everything and only drove the car to Tybee Beach one day.

The location was great! It was nice being so close to everything. It was also nice to be right above the convenient store. The food was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were not noise resistant. There was a 4am garage truck that showed up each morning and spent at least 15 minutes making loud noise. You could also hear people in the next unit and also each room was not sound proof so you easily heard what everyone else was doing. The beds was not comfortable.They did not provide enough toilet paper, paper towels or shampoo and conditioner so be prepared to have to bring or buy your own.

We're sorry to hear the noise was such an issue, especially with the early garage truck and sound carrying between rooms — that's frustrating, and we understand how much that can affect a stay. We'll look into ways to help cut down on noise between units where we can.

Family Vacation

Great location and walking distance to all the locations we wanted to see. The only cons was pool is located in Tybee Island and no free parking for this unit. Street parking is usually available close to the unit. Parking is free from 8pm til 8am and on Sundays.

Weekend off in Savannah

Loved the space. But it is a little loud from the neighbors. Also the internet is a little spotty. I would recommend an upgrade on your wifi router. But.. All in all great stay!

Great location!

This property was very well maintained and in a great location above a 24 Hr market. Made it very convenient for our stay. Our only negative was that there are no full length mirrors and we were in town for a wedding. Would recommend and def stay with them again!
