This comfortable island home is nestled right on the edge of the lush green woodlands that cover much of Magnetic Island. Nelly Bay Beach is just 500m walk with shops and restaurants nearby.

This welcoming home will have you embracing the relaxed island life. Inside, the open play layout features simple, colourful seating, a TV, dining table and well-equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. There is air-conditioning to the kitchen and lounge area which also comfortably cools the second bedroom.

Outside, the front verandah runs the full length of the house. The rear deck is a great place to relax and chill out with a BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the lovely garden with its leafy trees and grassed area.
