A beautiful place in an excellent location. Kitchen nicely equipped. Comfortable bed, and the bathroom is super nice! On top of that our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to our next trip to the area and would love to stay here again.

The host was attentive and lovely, as was the layout and amenities of this hideaway. However, this special place needs lots of deep cleaning top to bottom….lots of dust, cobwebs, end tables that were covered with spilled drinks from a prior visitor.

Perfect getaway

The Guest Suite was the perfect location to enjoy all Savannah has to offer and have a place to return to for peace and quiet. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a home away from home.

Perfect home away from home

We came to Savannah for the first time ever this past weekend to elope! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We weren't to far from the city but we were far enough out we felt safe and really enjoyed the quite around. This home was so cute so clean and had everything we needed-- We believe the owner has really put a lot of love into it and it is filled with pieces we felt were really personal. When we come back to visit in the future we will try to stay here again if it's available!

Lovely Stay!

From the minute we pulled up I knew we made a good decision to stay here instead of a hotel in Savannah. The bed was incredibly comfortable with very nice linens and the bathroom was staged with everything needed to relax after a long day. Fresh flowers were a nice touch and the studio was cozy and made us want to stay & relax. Everything was perfect for a romantic couples getaway! We will definitely book again when we return to Savannah.

Wonderful sanctuary!

We loved this wonderful Savannah sanctuary for our stay. The location was perfect, and the space was comfortable and quiet. The mattress was probably a little too soft for us (not much back support). That would be the only drawback. We highly recommend!

Beautiful guest suite

This guest suite is beautiful beyond words! The Spanish moss greets you, hanging from giant trees. The beauty continues on the inside…the claw foot tub, the king sized bed, the cozy kitchen. River Street is a 15 minute (or so) drive away so you can go hang in the hustle and bustle and then come back to this amazing suite for a restful sleep. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Experience!

My 85-year-old Mom and I have always loved Savannah, so we decided to take a quick trip up from Florida for a few days. This cottage was perfect for us! We could pull our car right up to the front door; and once inside, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! All the details were well thought out and the furnishings were just as described. Downtown Savannah is just 13 miles away; and after spending the day on River Street, it was nice to get back to the coziness of this cottage! There are many restaurants within a few miles' drive, as well as Oglethorpe Mall. I will definitely plan to book this cottage again next time I'm in Savannah!!!

Quiet get away from downtown

The property is well taken care of, the suite was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed during February so it was a little cooler. The heating source for us was a large space heater that I prefer over a furnace fan running off and on during the night. We were very cozy.Did notice a window AC for warmer months. Very secure and quiet area. It is a bit of a rural area, so driving is a must. Grocery store is close but restaurants etc are at least a 15 min drive and the ones in the area are nothing great. But we stayed here to unwind for a couple days away from staying in downtown Savannah and did a day trip to Jekyll beach. It was good to just relax after a long day.

Perfect Hideaway

This property is amazing! So private and quiet, yet within 20 minutes of everything Savannah, GA has to offer. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! The host checked in on us to ensure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. The property was well stocked with everything we needed down to the bubble bath. We would highly recommend this property.
