master. two queens in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living

room. Conveniently located directly across the street from the Kirkwood

Village, the condo includes a full kitchen, cozy wood fireplace and balcony

with mountain views.

There wasn't a pot to cook in, or a fresh sponge in kitchen. Else, it was clean, and the location was great.

Big winter at Kirkwood.

The condo was really nice and we would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to walk to the lifts. Unfortunately the room was not ready for check in at 4. We hauled all of our stuff to the outside of the room and it was cold and we had to wait quite a while to get in. Other than that, it was all good!

Not great

There was no snow removal and very dangerous for my 77 year old mother to get in and out of the property. Fireplace not able to use as snow was blocking the chimney. Most of the pans were old non-stick and the coating was wearing off. Not safe to use. It is not a luxury property, but a partial makeover on an old building. The heat was very loud.
