Following your stay, we placed work orders to address the carpet concerns and are actively reviewing options for professional cleaning and replacement where needed. We’re also in the process of meeting with the homeowner to discuss updates to linens and kitchen appliances, as we agree these details play an important role in guest comfort and should better match the setting. Regarding the lock box, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. The issue has since been resolved, and the lock box has been repaired to ensure smoother arrivals moving forward. We’ve also reviewed our communication process to make sure alternative access solutions are offered immediately should an issue arise again. In addition, we’re working with our team to improve basic stocking items, such as hand soap, so future guests are better taken care of upon arrival.
