Perfectly equipped for larger groups & families, with half an acre of manicured gardens. Enjoy stunning views across the Juan de Fuca Strait to the Olympic Mountains.

Perfectly situated on West Coast Road, between Sooke and the best local beaches. A small beach just a 5 minute walk away.

INSIDE:

All 3 bedroom suites in this 3000 sq/ft home are very spacious, with luxury mattresses and the softest linens. Most suites include wood stoves, outdoor patios, and ensuite bathrooms with big relaxing indoor jacuzzis to enjoy.

Downstairs living room has a new pull-out couch, and a flatscreen Smart TV (Netflix + Prime Video) with sound system. The main living/dining room upstairs is warm and inviting, featuring beautiful tall wooden ceilings, a fireplace, and beautiful views over the ocean & mountains. Dining table seats 6 people, and converts into a mini table-tennis table.

Kitchen is fully-stocked for all your culinary needs, with a family-sized fridge + freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, and breakfast nook area. Another great space to gather and make memories.

To make this your ideal "Home Away From Home", we provide all the info & essentials you'll ever need:

- Various board games, Jenga, etc.
- Extra single mattress (plus linens)

OUTSIDE:

Walk out to a massive 500 sq.ft deck that wraps around house, with even more panoramic views of the ocean & mountains. Includes a new propane BBQ grill, and plenty of outdoor seating/table areas to enjoy together.

Across the driveway we have a picturesque lookout area under the leaning "Trust Fall Tree", featuring unique views over the ocean, Sooke, and East Sooke. It is without a doubt THE ideal spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets, with a warm beverage in-hand.

Out back, you'll find a half acre of well-manicured gardens to explore, featuring the "Help Yourself Herb Garden", various driftwood sculptures, and a furnished gazebo where you can find peace & relaxation.

Wildlife in the area you're likely spot from the deck & gardens:

GUEST ACCESS:

The ocean lookout and gardens are shared common spaces with the attached Garden Suite rental. It has its own private entrance, parking spot and back patio - and is well-divided from the main home.

The property is 75% fenced around, with tall cedar bushes for privacy.

Locked areas: Upstairs Storage Closet, Garden Suite area, and Outdoor Workshop.

Sorry but there is no washer and dryer access. There is a clothing line and clothes pegs for hand washed items. The nearest laundry mat is 8min away in sooke next to the McDonalds.

Please note this is the 3 bedroom rental - and there's a separate Garden Suite rental in the back, with its own private entrance & parking spot.

Driveway / Vehicles: The shared driveway entrance coming off West Coast Rd is quite steep, but can accommodate most vehicles. Please note the parking lot & driveway is not big enough for campers, RV's, duallys, etc.

This rental has 3x assigned parking spots. Please let us know if you have more than 3 vehicles.

Sensitive septic system: Flush only toilet paper and natural waste. Dispose of wet wipes, feminine products, and coffee grounds in the provided waste & compost bins.

Wood Stoves: Only for use in winter, one duraflame log per stove is provided.
