Very good purpose and location for 2 people to stay.Central for us. No road traffic.Good neigh ours.Rooms quite good, clean We chose well to stay there, and Annie was on tap to answer both our questions in 3 days

Convenient

Convenient, clean, comfortable apartment. Walking distance from good views, bars, shops and eateries, but peaceful as well. Value for money compared to other options in the area. Only issue was the lock on the door was very difficult to open and probably needs looking at.

Thanks for your feedback, Cate. So appreciate it. Re the lock on the door - I know its tricky and hence the instruction on how to manage it in welcome information. It is the way all doors in the complex were set up when built.

Albany Proudlove Parade

All aspects were good except the AC would not heat. In July heating is a must. Contacted the agent who apologized and was in Perth so could not come to check the AC. Alternatives were not acceptable. I requested I partial refund if the AC was found to be working OK and lack of heating due to my inability to operate the control. No response 10 days later.

I first got into it via the GFC, when a friend and I were landed with a property we couldn't sell. Red Cottage was born and numerous others over time have follow.

Today my partner and I run the small but boutique Gorepani LivingSpaces in Albany, sharing a total of five quite different spaces with guests to our town.

Perfectly positioned for enjoying the delights of Albany without needing to get into a car to reach them!

What makes this property unique

Guests tell me they love the private balcony and convenient downtown location. When we stay in town at our Foreshore 105, we just love that we can walk to wherever we choose to dine out!
