My wife and I had a great time and loved how well-equipped and, most importantly, how exceptionally clean this place was. My wife is a germaphobe, and even she couldn't find anything to complain about. We were both very impressed and would gladly return.

Race Weekend in Daytona

My wife and I stayed the weekend for the Coke Zero 400 and we absolutely LOVED it! Everything about the property is great from its location to the track the beach and many great local attractions and restaurants. I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Cozy place with everything I needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. Perfect play to stay while I did the Clash Daytona Triathlon. Has a beautiful pool…..but it’s not heated..that was the only letdown.

Very cute studio with all the necessities provided. In walking distance or short drive to the boardwalk and others activities and food. Beautiful beach view and sunrise every morning. Will definitely book again.

Perfect for our Needs!

The view! Waking up to the sunrise over the water! The balcony overlooking the ocean can't be beat. And eating breakfast at the counter while watching dolphins swim by is magical. The studio was nicely outfitted with everything we needed and was very clean. We had a short, but great stay and will definitely stay there again!

The building is dilapidated. Homeless people can get access to hallways. It’s not a secure building. The unit I had has a broken stove top. Not the best vacation at all. No one works at the front desk. Best wishes

Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to address a few points for future guests. The stove and oven are fully operational. Cosmetic wear on an appliance does not make it broken. Regarding building security: the property is fully covered by cameras, has on-site security, and all entry doors are kept locked. The neighbors you encountered in the hallway were fellow registered guests — we understand traveling alone can make unfamiliar faces feel unsettling, but this is a secure building with a welcoming community of guests. This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel, and is priced accordingly. There is no front desk. We responded promptly to every concern raised during your stay. Notably, you texted us upon arrival to say the place was “cute” — and we are proud to say that every other guest who has stayed with us this year has had a wonderful, top-rated experience. We’ll let that speak for itself.
