Step through the vibrant orange front door to the master bedroom, complete with ceiling fan, ensuite, and walk-in robe. A front living area features a large TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a modular lounge—perfect for relaxing.

At the heart of the home, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and inviting. The second living space includes a TV, modular couch, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and wood fire heater, ensuring comfort all year round. The dining table seats six, with an additional five stools around the kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure while staying connected with family and friends. Sliding doors open onto the rear deck for alfresco dining, complete with a natural gas BBQ—no running out of fuel mid-meal!

Bedrooms two and three feature ceiling fans and share a family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. A full laundry with washing machine is also provided.

The landscaped outdoor area includes a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, making this property a complete coastal escape.

Pet friendly home close to the beach

Lovely home close to the beach. House was well appointed, comfortable beds, 2 living areas, everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay in Inverloch and added bonus it was pet friendly for our small dog. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonder town, wonderful house

Perfect property for a coastal getaway. Appears to be new/renovated inside so all amenities are modern - kitchen (and appliances/cookware), air-con, bathrooms, etc. Double or larger beds in each room and the futon was easy to set up and very comfortable. 2 living spaces with tvs so kids/adults can have separate time if needed. Allowed for an inside pet as well to make it a perfect family/friends getaway. 5 min walk from beach and corner shop for necessities and coffees, and a 5min drive from town centre. Will definitely book again!!!

Brand new and spacious

Gorgeous brand new house. I don't think anyone hade stayed there before us. Very spacious, lovely modern furniture. Super fluffy lovely towels, great bed linen. Two soft beds, two firm beds. Shower was fantastic, super high shower head (good for my 6 foot 6 tall men in the family. Plenty of mugs, so we didn't need to wash dishes after each cuppa. Toys and colouring things provided for kids. Smart TVs. Was so great and amazing value for money. Didn't receive welcome email from agents, but was rectified immediately when I called to follow up. Can't wait to come back!
