Located 1.8 miles from Main Street, you will have endless supply of dining and shopping options at your finger tips. Hyannis Harbor is 2.6 miles away, with quaint artist shacks selling local wares and the ferries to the Islands. Multiple world class beaches are within easy driving distance: 2.5 miles to Craigville Beach, 2.6 miles to Keyes Beach and 3.5 miles to Kalmus Beach. This house can be your centrally located oasis from which to explore multiple Cape Cod towns. The mid cape Highway is just 3 miles away, giving you easy access for day trips.
The home features an open concept main floor, with your kitchen/dining/living areas, a full bath and two bedrooms (each w/ queen bed). The upper level features a bedroom with a king bed, a bonus sleeping spaces w/ a queen bed and a full bath. The finished lower level of the home has additional living space, dining space and a queen sleeper sofa. Outside, you will find a spacious patio with a wood burning fire pit, chairs, a dining table and a gas grille. Everything you need to make Cape Cod memories that will last a lifetime.
As for amenities, the home features everything a vacationer is looking for: beach pass, beach chairs, beach cooler, smart TVs in all bedrooms, wall mounted AC units throughout the home... the list goes on.
7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat. rentals during the peak season. 4 night minimum stays at a reduced rates available in the shoulder and off seasons. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

As advertised, clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, especially the beach chairs and pass.Some minor but notable issues: upstairs shower had almost no pressure, right front stove burner had trouble working, gas grill was not cleaned, and the cabinets had several expired dry food items. Overall, we would stay there again due to the location.

Wonderful home base for a visit to the cape

The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean! Wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard and basement area. We were on the go most of our visit (day in Nantucket, 1/2 day whale watch and drive up to Wellfleet, and day at Martha’s Vineyard) but enjoyed coming back to this house to rest and relax.

Comfortable stay

Exactly as described, clean and recently renovated. We usually stay in a hotel for our work function but this was much more comfortable and gave us the opportunity to connect at the kitchen table after a long work day. The bathrooms were fantastic and clean. Keyless entry was nice so that we could come and go on slightly different schedules. We were very happy with our stay and will likely stay here again next year.

Beautiful home in a great location

My friends and I do a yearly girls trip and visited for a week from California. We loved the house, it was exactly as pictured and had everything you could possibly need and more! We visited several different states during our stay and felt the house was in a great location for us and our plans! My only suggestion to future guests is to bring a small extension cord if you like to sleep with your phone on the nightstand next to you. We would definitely stay here again!

great relaxing family time

we had small family reunion 10 people to BBQ and sit around the firepit one night. the place was perfect for 6 adults. and if you had kids or teens there is a family room in the basement with pullout couches and games. high end appliances. also supplied everything you would need to go to beach, and a property pass to park at the beaches. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended Hyannis house

This was a vacation with our parents and adult children for a week at the Cape. The house is exactly as advertised and was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and furniture and appliances new and well kept. The house is in a neighborhood close to grocery stores , restaurants, Main Street in Hyannis, and beaches. The kitchen is well very stocked and the house comes with beach chairs , umbrellas, and toys that make a day at the beach so easy! We would stay again and highly recommend this rental!

Great rental

Our family loved this immaculate rental. It had lots of space for us to spread out and enjoy. We grilled the fish that was caught earlier and enjoyed playing corn hole in the beautiful back yard. The home was well appointed with most everything we needed. We loved the layout with visiting space and tv watching game room. Owner was very responsive. This one is on our keeper list.

The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable & the kids were excited to all have their own tvs in their rooms. The house was stocked with everything we needed and close to grocery stores. It was on a very busy street with lots of traffic, which was, literally, the only downside. No early morning walks while the teens slept in…

Great time away with family

The home was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials for cooking a meal or for a barbecue. We had a few small issues after checking in but were quickly resolved by Adam. The basement could use regular vacuuming as there were many spider webs with large spiders crawling on the walls. We found the vacuum in the upstairs closet and did some vacuuming ourselves before using the basement. Once that was done, the stay was great.

Unfortunately, the basement smelled like mold so badly that we could not use it. The kitchen had a bunch of earwigs and ants. It worked for our group as we were not home much. It would've been better if the main floor/kitchen-living room had a tv. The grill in the back is on it's last leg.

Tranquil stay

We landed in the cape for a wonderful 4night stay at this home. It was just my daughters and I celebrating graduation from law school/ bar completion and move! What a perfect launch pad for us to go to the Vineyard for a day and Nantucket another. So much to do in the area! Chatham Bars Inn is a much for lobster nachos, crisp a must for pizza. The host was quick to answer questions. Easy in and out for us. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.
