Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, self-contained home with beautiful water views. Tucked away in Hobart's prestigious Sandy Bay, it’s just 5 minutes from the CBD. A short drive to Hobart's top restaurants, shopping districts, and attractions, including Salamanca, Battery Point, the CBD, and Sandy Bay. The perfect spot to unwind and enjoy everything Hobart has to offer.
The Space:
The home easily accommodates 4 people 2 generous and well- appointed separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, and second has a Queen bed Both bedrooms are generous in size and feature built in wardrobes
The self-contained kitchen offers you, a fridge, cooktops, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is generous in size with views of Wrest point, the city and the the Derwent river. There is a small dining table with sitting four.
With newly renovated bathroom, which also houses the laundry with both washing machine and dryer.
Warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner, with separate heaters in bedrooms.
A designated off-street carport space for one car behind home makes it extra convenient to check in and to unpack shopping, with free on street parking.
There is a great sunny deck for enjoying a morning coffee.

Guests have full use of the home for the duration of their stay.

The linen we provide is supplied by our linen service. We supply high quality linen including freshly laundered towels for each guest.

3Kms from the property is the Long Beach Reserve( Beach Road Sandy Bay).Situated right on the water with a small beach. great place for the kids to play with swings climbing equipment slides, BBQ area, perfect place for a family outing. "The Hobart Twilight Markets", are on random Fridays (Look up on Face book to find out when on), this defiantly worth a look great food, great stalls.
The closest major supermarket is Coles Supermarket in Sandy Bay, only a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend popping into Hill St Grocer located Corner of Flynn Street and, Churchill Ave, Sandy Bay, provides the best quality fresh produce and gourmet Tasmanian products .
With Salamanca only being a 9 minute drive away, I would highly recommend going to the iconic Salamanca Markets on a Saturday morning. The weekly outdoor market held by Hobart’s waterfront offers a diverse range of nearly 300 stalls including original and hand-made Tasmanian pieces of woodwork, jewelry, fashion, glassware and ceramics, as well as the finest flavors from the food and produce stalls. Salamanca Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8.30am to 3pm.
I would also recommend the Farm Gate Market, which runs on a Sunday morning from 8.30am to 1pm. The market is located on Bathurst Street, between Murray and Elizabeth streets, and offers some of Tasmania’s finest produce direct from the farmer.
Getting Around:
Buses run regularly close by on Churchill Road , time tables can be accessed on line on the Metrotas website. Closet Bus stop is at Stop 16, No.256 Churchill Ave
Taxi: If you need a taxi the telephone number is 131 008.
Uber is available in Hobart.
