Amazing views but…

The house has beautiful views and is in walking distance to Oneroa Beach and the village. However, for the high nightly rate, one would expect beach towels to be provided, especially as this house has a pool. I had already booked the reservation when the host confirmed that beach towels were not provided, so we could not cancel. Our family of 6 does NOT travel internationally with beach towels, especially when paying over $1000/night for a beach rental. There are also no lounge chairs or chaise lounges/sun beds provided on the pool deck. The host assured us that the house would be ready by 2pm check in time, which it was not. (Note, one part of the listing states a 4pm check in and a different section states 2pm). The host confirmed that it would be ready at 2pm.
