Wonderful home, great set up, comfy beds, host was amazing with communication and going that extra level. Excellent location with cafe, kids playground, restaurant just around the corner. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and spacious home, immaculate and beautifully appointed with every amenity. No details overlooked, especially in the bathrooms (heated floors, lighted mirrors, etc). Jonathon was an excellent host and incredibly responsive. Very nice, central location for the northern region. Quick 10 minute drive to Nelson, but also some great restaurants and shopping nearby in Richmond itself.

Wish we could bring this home with us while traveling

Everyone fell in love with the home, kids didn't want to leave, wish we could stay here every night! Washer/dryer is kind of small, dryer worked much better once the filter was cleaned. Jonathan replied promptly. Will stay again next time we are in NZ!

Beautiful home & location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this lovely modern new clean home. The TVs wow’d our kids. Kitchen had everything you needed & more. Great communication from beginning to end. Friendly walking neighborhood near 2 delicious restaurants. Aioke has the best breakfast & friendliest staff! Location was perfect for us- in between Abel Tasman and just outside busy Nelson city. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend staying here!! Such a beautiful, outstanding, modern home in a lovely quiet area. This house is truly spectacular! The owners have put alot of thought into everything, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! We absolutely loved our stay fortunately there was nothing at all to fault. The house is stunning!! its so close to town aswell which was very handy. Thank you so much for having us!! 10/10!!!
