The dining room table sets 6 with access to the patio with BBQ and gorgeous of view of the fairway and mountains. The living room has fireplace and wet bar with spacious sectional to enjoy the large flat screen TV with company. The primary bed with king bed has private gated courtyard with morning sun to enjoy your cup of coffee. The laundry machines are located in the double car garage with easy access off the private primary courtyard. Patio faces west to enjoy entertaining with friends and beautiful desert sunsets. Beautiful stay and property Train tracks nearby are noisy and property is a bit dated, but otherwise a wonderful townhome for a winter vacation! Lots of room, three bathrooms and great management.

Beautiful Country Club. Friendly neighbors. Condo has had some upgrades. Spacious. Well equipped and anything missing quickly replaced by manager. Patio doors and windows very dirty but understand the issues with wind. Dining room chairs need replacing. Would have rebooked if it was available.
