This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + den condominium is very nicely upgraded. The spacious floor plan offers high ceilings and lovely new furnishings to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The comfortable yet stylish living room has a flat screen TV and fireplace, and the open kitchen is well equipped for entertaining guests. The primary bedroom offers a spacious en suite bathroom with step in shower, plus a private patio. The guest bedroom has access to the hall bathroom with a step in shower. There is also a separate office with privacy doors, that has a workspace and a Murphy bed for the occasional overnight guest.

The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the Tennis Club playing privileges and access to all Tennis and Pickle-ball events and activities. Use of Athletic Club, Swimming Pool, and Spa Locker room. Dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.
