The Space:
This spacious two-story home offers ample room for all. As you step through the front door, a bedroom awaits to the right and a sunken lounge area to the left. Enjoy the underfloor heating downstairs and a cosy fireplace with provided wood.
The expansive kitchen features a large island bench and leads to a BBQ area in the backyard. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan dining area and a designated kids' play zone and bathroom. Dive into enjoyment in the enclosed indoor pool, promising endless fun! After a day of adventure, unwind in the luxury of our sauna for the ultimate relaxation.
Heading upstairs, discover the master bedroom with ensuite, along with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a spa bath.

The Neighborhood:
Norwood is a newer, quiet, family friendly suburb south of Launceston city. With a local IGA, a shopping complex and the farm restaurant, Apricus where you can feed the farm animals or have a meal.
Neighbouring Norwood is the Punchbowl Reserve. This recreational area offers a playground, a river to paddle in, a small waterfall to admire, and lots of open space and BBQ areas.
An 8 minute drive away you’ll find Launceston city which has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. Another must see is the City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Other Things to Note:
Provided for your enjoyment, we do want you to take care, so please be responsible and safe. Always supervise your little ones and make sure the doors to the pool area are closed and locked where possible when not in use. Please don't run around the pool, so that we avoid any accidents that might be caused by slipping. Make yourself aware of any safety instructions and rules that are in the pool room.
During the winter months, we can arrange use of the pool, however we charge a fee per day to heat it, so please be in contact with the Moxxi team if you would like us to organise this during your stay.
To keep the swimming pool at maximum heat please keep the cover on when it's not in use. This should be done especially overnight every night.
The Sauna:
The operating instructions are on the door to the sauna. Please follow these to operate it and follow any rules supplied, including the maximum person rule. Enjoy!
Stays 2 weeks and longer will require a mid-stay at additional cost to you.
We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
