The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you may instantly book the place if the dates you want are available.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a king-single bunk bed with LUXURY linens.

Children must be supervised on the balcony as we have bar height table and chairs.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

The Ground level will soon include an IGA supermarket.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
