About this property

Family-friendly three bedroom townhouse in central Adelaide

Three-bedroom townhouse conveniently located between the CBD, beach and airport. Family friendly and in a quiet location. Your “home away from home”.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, along with a dining & family area with a separate lounge room on the ground floor. There is a wall mounted smart TV in the lounge along with a second TV in the family area. Free WiFi & Netflix are available.

There is also a laundry with front loading washing machine, iron, clothes aired & tumble drier, and a second shower and toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all carpeted, comprising of a queen, double and twin single rooms with all linen supplied. Each room has a mirrored built in wardrobe. There is also a main bathroom with both a shower and bath and a separate toilet.

Other features include reverse cycle heating & cooling to all living areas and bedrooms. There is a 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting in the backyard and secure off street parking for 2 cars. The back yard is securely fenced with a small lawned area making it suitable for children. Sorry we do not allow pets.

A high chair and porta cot are available on request.

Mazda stadium, West Adelaide football club, is one street away and SA Athletics stadium and Netball SA stadium are both within close walking distance (1.5km).
Hilton hotel, Devour Cafe, Woolworths and On the Run 24 hr convenience store are all within a 5 minute walk as is the Mile End Homemaker centre, Bounce trampolining & buses into the city, airport and southern suburbs.
It is a short & easy drive to the Central market, the Royal Adelaide Hospital and city centre.
The wine regions of the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa & the Southern Vales are all within a 1 hour drive.
