About this property

Family-friendly three bedroom townhouse in central Adelaide

Three-bedroom townhouse conveniently located between the CBD, beach and airport. Family friendly and in a quiet location. Your “home away from home”.

The property features a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, along with a dining & family area with a separate lounge room on the ground floor. There is a wall mounted smart TV in the lounge along with a second TV in the family area. Free WiFi & Netflix are available.

There is also a laundry with front loading washing machine, iron, clothes aired & tumble drier, and a second shower and toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all carpeted, comprising of a queen, double and twin single rooms with all linen supplied. Each room has a mirrored built in wardrobe. There is also a main bathroom with both a shower and bath and a separate toilet.

Other features include reverse cycle heating & cooling to all living areas and bedrooms. There is a 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting in the backyard and secure off street parking for 2 cars. The back yard is securely fenced with a small lawned area making it suitable for children. Sorry we do not allow pets.

A high chair and porta cot are available on request.

Mazda stadium, West Adelaide football club, is one street away and SA Athletics stadium and Netball SA stadium are both within close walking distance (1.5km).
Hilton hotel, Devour Cafe, Woolworths and On the Run 24 hr convenience store are all within a 5 minute walk as is the Mile End Homemaker centre, Bounce trampolining & buses into the city, airport and southern suburbs.
It is a short & easy drive to the Central market, the Royal Adelaide Hospital and city centre.
The wine regions of the Adelaide Hills, the Barossa & the Southern Vales are all within a 1 hour drive.

We were greeted by so many basic conveniences like coffee pods, plenty of toilet paper, juice and milk etc. Great fruit trees and herbs out the back and the place is decorated beautifully. Beds were super comfy. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at Martin Avenue and it didn’t disappoint. Clean, cozy and well-appointed with good quality bedding and towels. There was enough room for our family of 5. Complimentary snacks are always appreciated too!

This property is highly recommended for its location in Richmond to the city, the total presentation of the property and amenities provided. The property was in a brilliant location, close to the airport and major bus routes into Adelaide. It was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked. Communication with owners speedy and faultless. Perfect Property

We were in town for work for a couple of days. We travel fairly frequently and use stayz alot lately. This was our best experience so far. Extremely clean, great location, excellent communication from the hosts, comfortable in every respect. I really appreciated the little extras provided by the hosts too. Special thanks for the little body wash and shampoo bottles as I left mine at home! Good food options nearby, a 10 minute drive to the airport. Will definitely seek this property out again next time we're in town. Many thanks!

Perfection

We could not have rented a better space for our first few nights in Adelaide. Coming from North America, my husband, myself, and our our adult daughter were all jet lagged. This lovely rental, with its three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and living room, separate family room, kitchen and outdoor space, gave us plenty of room to nap, sleep, make a snack or watch TV without disturbing one another. We have stayed in many VRBO‘s over the past years, and this was definitely one of the very nicest. Marilyn’s communication was always quick and the little touches that she leaves for her guests were much appreciated. Coming from North America, an added bonus for me, was having a Plumaria tree in the backyard! About a four minute block to the main road to catch a bus and you’re in the city in 10 minutes. Woolworths and a few restaurants within an easy walk as well. We definitely recommend this rental!

The townhouse was clean and fairly modern and had all we needed for our family of 5 stay. The host was very responsive with any questions I had in the lead up. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen for us to use which was generous and some welcome groceries as a bonus. The location feels a bit semi industrial compared to inner city but we could get a bus into city and had secure parking for our hire car. There was also a Woolies and few eating spots walkable. It was very close to the airport and the inner city. The AC heating helped with the cooler weather in Winter. Thanks for a nice stay.

Highly Recommend

Can’t rate this accomodation high enough. Great location and spotlessly clean. Easy communication with host and the welcoming groceries made the place feel like home. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Adelaide that is looking for a place to stay with space for families.
