Open plan dining and lounge with seating for six people and a high chair. Wood fired heater (guests to supply own wood).

The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, pantry, pod coffee machine and plenty of bench space.

Bedroom one has a queen bed with a lovely ensuite.
Bedroom two includes a queen bed with built in robe.
Bedroom three sleeps up to 4 (it is listed as singles but one is a single bunk bed with pull out trundle bed beneath plus a separate single loft bed.

Main bathroom including shower and bath.
Powder room and separate toilet.
Laundry has washing machine and dryer.
Large undercover rear veranda, including outdoor table, bbq and lush green lawns and gardens.
