Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting 700+ sq. ft. space with a comfortable living area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and large windows overlooking the surrounding pine trees. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Enjoy a quieter mountain setting while still being close to Big Bear's popular attractions. Pebble Plains Nature Preserve is right across the street and offers opportunities for walking, hiking, biking, and exploring the outdoors. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.

Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
