This place was perfect to crash at after long days working a convention in the area. Clean, in a great area, and quiet. Some very minimal noise in the morning at about 8am as people headed out the door for work, but we were also heading out ourselves, so it was totally fine. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved it was so close to Swedish Cherry Hill hospital. My husband was there for 6 days, having a place so close with a parking spot was immensely helpful. We live several hours away and having a place to sleep less than 2 blocks away took away so much of my stress.
Great place and location for the price. Had whole floor to myself. Only complaint was the pillows were terrible and there was a house light left on the whole time that shone through the bedroom door. Could also use a fan . Checkout list was very lengthy considering the high cleaning fee. Would definitely stay here again though.

There was some initital confusion about which entrance to use due to a lack of instructions in the check-in email we received from evolved. When receiving a response from the owners it was assumed that it was our oversight. I would have appreciated the benefit of the doubt of assuming it was the instructions and not us. Also, it was obvious that this unit is not lived in as thoughtful details that would make it feel more homey were not there. It felt more like a hotel room with a kitchenette and limited cost-cutting supplies (def bring your own spices if you cook). All in all it was a great location and good enough for a couple of days. A single person or couple without kids would likely be happy here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the space worked well for your stay. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- Check-in instructions were sent in advance, though we’re sorry if they weren’t as clear as they could have been. We’ll review these to make them easier moving forward.- We’ll also look at adding more thoughtful touches to make the unit feel cozier and better stocked for guests who plan to cook.We appreciate your comments and will use them to keep improving the guest experience.

Great Stay✨
This is the perfect location for someone who wants to be close to downtown, yet not stay overnight in the hustle and bustle of things all the time. The neighborhood it's in is so quaint and beautiful with the leaves changing colors. The place is well renovated with a lot of the amenities one might need for a weekend stay or a little longer. We arrived at night, which might add to the confusion at first, but we had trouble deciphering the directions on the information sent as to whether the rental was on the first or second floor. There was a package at the door we were meant to be at, which made us think it was privately owned, but after a quick text to the property owner/manager, they responded quickly to which place was ours.We were able to park our rental in front of the house, which was very convenient and felt safe in the area too. Would definitely recommend or stay there again!
