Lovely Home On the Water within Walking Distance Of Town

Welcome to this beautiful oceanfront 2-bedroom home on Mill Cove. Completely renovated in 2014, the home combines a comfortable, modern style with an incredible waterfront setting. From the house and large waterfront deck, you’ll have beautiful views of Mill Cove and its historic shipwreck—there’s always something interesting to watch as the tide comes and goes.

The property now includes a private dock and float, making it easy to enjoy the water during your stay. Bring your kayak, cast a line, or take a swim when the tide is high. Please note that the dock and float are not available for motorized boats, and there is no space on the property to store a boat trailer. If you’re bringing a boat, we recommend contacting Boothbay Harbor Marina about a slip.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, beautiful water views, a large flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer tucked away in a convenient closet. The updated full bathroom has heated tile floors, and the bedroom opens directly onto the spacious waterfront deck.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of windows overlooking the water, and its own sliders leading out to the deck. It’s a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax at the end of the day. Both bedrooms have window AC units for hot summer nights.


The living room is comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating and a large flat-screen TV with streaming for those evenings when you want to stay in and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both an espresso machine and a regular drip coffee maker are provided.

When you’re ready to explore, downtown Boothbay Harbor is just a short distance away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do. Enjoy a day of deep-sea fishing, a lobster bake, whale watching, or a scenic boat ride. There are also nearby golf courses and tennis, as well as music cruises and dinner theater for an evening out. Be sure to visit the Maine State Aquarium while you’re in the area and take some time to explore all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer.

IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave. This property is NOT pet friendly.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approal and non-refundable pet rent.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
