Amazing stay

Very nice and clean independent studio fully equipped with a renovated bathroom. Very nicely located as it is close from the bus stop and palm beach.

Cozy Waiheke Cabin Stay

Our stay at Anaia's place was such a delight. She was very responsive to any need or questions we had. The home was very clean and we settled in immediately. It is in a great location near Palm Beach and just a few minutes drive from town. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short stay

Had not realised toilet and bathroom detached so not brilliant for older couple on rainy nights. All very clean and very tidy. Great prompt responses from owner. Cheers

Thanks for your stay, I'm sorry you didn't realise about the bathroom, however we did do everything we could to make sure you were aware of it. The listing mentions it and also this message was sent to you directly, two months prior to your arrival: "I just wanted to make sure you’re aware that the bathroom at the cottage is accessed externally (it’s about 8m from cottage back door to the bathroom door). The short walk to the bathroom is not covered. Most guests find it totally fine but we just want to make sure you’re aware of that and ok with it going into the booking." Next time you book somewhere perhaps make sure you read your messages :)

Spoilt by

Driveway approach extremely scruffy. Although outside bathroom was mentioned in description it did not specify that it was actually next door-across the driveway and unlit at night, up 3 steps and uncovered for adverse weather. For anyone of any age and especially for those with disabilities, this was not a good situation for anyone who needs to use a toilet in the night.
