The kitchen is separated from the main environments and equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc.
The minimum rental 5 daily and maximum 30 daily. From 30 nights there will be additional charges such as: condominium, Iptu, (gas and light according to consumption).
At the closing of the rent the Check In / Check Out times are indispensable, and there may be flexibility, provided that agreed in advance.
