Welcome to Sounds of the Bay, our humble beach house located in Capel Sound, just a stone’s throw away to the sandy beach.
This cosy, self contained unit provides basic essentials including bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
There is also a washing machine and dryer available with laundry washing products. Please BYO Beach towels as they are NOT provided. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
There is a dedicated 2 space carport attached to the unit making parking convenient.
Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Sounds of the Bay is located in a quiet location and allows for a well deserved getaway. This is a self contained 2 bedroom unit for families and friends to enjoy the surrounds and everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Enjoy your time at the beach and come back to a cosy house to chill in front of the TV or play some games.
Just a couple of minutes stroll to the sandy beach and a short drive to the stunning wineries for a taste of the local beverages, the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs for your relaxation needs and the fabulous cafes and restaurants.
Ideal for romantic couples, fun loving friends or a stella small family. This cute, cosy beach house offers 2 large bedrooms: Master bedroom - Queen bed; Second bedroom - Double bed (stand alone) and a triple bunk (double bed on bottom and single bed on top).
Waiting for your arrival, is an open plan kitchen/living room, well equipped that offers the essentials - tea, coffee, sugar and milk. For those coffee lovers out there, we’ve got you - nespresso coffee! Heating and cooling split system is available in each bedroom and the living room, for those cooler winter nights and warm balmy summer days.
The bathroom/laundry room comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hair dryer for your daily needs. A washing machine and dryer is provided for convenience.
Behind this gorgeous beach house is an outside space that offers a private outdoor courtyard, patio in the front and 2 space carport alongside the house for your convenience. Kids are also able to enjoy the space under the carport. Linen is included - fitted sheets, flat sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, bath towels and hand towels. Cosy blankets are provided to keep you warm on those cooler days and nights (winter months).
Street parking is also available.
