This all new delightful renovated 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located 1 mile from All Star Village, 2 miles to Hartwick College & Oneonta State. It has a perfect location as it is in a residential area with restaurants and services nearby. There is plenty of parking and a front and back porch with a backyard for outdoor dining. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and the kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils. 55 Inch flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick & free wifi.

Nice property. Just remember Oneonta is an old town so homes are old. Don't expect a modern home. Place was clean except the yard needed mowing which owner took care of once I mentioned it. Another issue was with pricing which I had to incur extra taxes. The last issue was the check out time, website said 11 am but owner texted and changed it to 9 am...very inconvenience when we planned our flights to go with the 11 am checkout. There is no driveway or assigned parking so if street is full of cars you may need to park away from the home. First time using VRBO or any other home rentals so with this experience I may just stick to hotels.

Lets make sure we set the record straight: 1. the house was built in 1950's but the inside is up to date. 2. The yard was mowed as scheduled. We did not need help from the guest to tell us. 3. Guests had an issue with payments that is handled thru VRBO not us. 4. Instructions sent 20 days before arrival state check out 9 am. By the way the guests did not mention that he had an early check in at no extra fee. 5. We have a shared driveway, street parking and across the street is an empty parking lot. 6. All the guests staying at the house were extremely nice and friendly with all positive comments. 7. The house was left a mess. Agustin was nice to our face but decided to bash us with this negative review. Please fell free to read our other reviews to get the truth.

The place was perfect … clean… affordable and super close to the fields as well as Dunkin a gas station and a super cute deli across the street The owner let us in early with no hesitation!

Our stay was for week 5 at CASV. The location of this house is SO close to the CASV upper parking and also close to very yummy food venues. You do have to drive about 8-10 minutes to get the restaurants on what looks like the Main Street. The house is an “old” house. Most everything in Oneonta is historical and “old”. I’m positive there isn’t a “bad” area in Oneonta for those coming from the south and not used to smaller towns in NY or the Northeast. The house was very clean and kept up nicely for its age. We were very comfortable for our stay and communication was easy and attentive. We had no issues during our stay so our communication was mostly communicating our arrival and departure. I felt this house was perfect for our needs and priced fairly for the amount of space it allowed our family and friends to share.*Note: It is on street parking only but it’s a residential street and that was never an issue. Also, across the street is a closed down Rite Aid. Being from Houston (TX) that did make me nervous at first. I may have expected to see homeless folks roll in at night but that did not happen. Instead the following morning a young girl was walking through with her dog finishing up her morning walk. We felt safe and comfortable for what was an amazing week of baseball for our son and our family!

Cooperstown All Star Village stay

This is the perfect place to stay if your child is playing at All Star Village! It’s very close to the park which made going back and forth to games super easy. The house had everything we needed and the host was very helpful with any questions we had. Book this early for your Cooperstown stay!

This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies.

Spacious and cozy

My partner and our kids stayed over during the holidays. I grew up in the area and we were back visiting family. It was very nice to have our own space close to family. Beds were comfy. Couch was massive and inviting. Kitchen was big. Wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the backyard but all good. Street parking wasn’t an issue, many spaces free.

Great ASV spot

Great property. We spent so much time at the All Star Village fields but when we weren’t there we were so happy to have a nearby space to catch a rest, have a drink, make sandwiches to bring back for the boys who were always hungry. Showers were great. Beds comfy and the ac units did the trick. Also jays, nicks and sloanes were close so we ran into baseball people and they were jealous we were so nearby.

Baseball at Cooperstown Village

Our first experience at Oneonta Cooperstown Village for 12U baseball was fantastic! It was so nice to stay close to the Village. We were back and forth to the village due to weather delays and multiple events. This property is perfectly located for going back and forth to the games and events. Plenty of room for all eight of us including a toddler. Property mgmnt was very responsive. Property desc was accurate. Highly recommend this property!

All Star Village Perfection

The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic. AC worked very well for the unseasonably hot days. It’s small but manageable. Most of the time, we were at the fields and only needed a place to cool off and sleep. Dave was very responsive and an excellent resource. It was a good stay.
