Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Welcome to Saida, South Padre Island's beach front playground, where your favorite vacation pastimes are right outside your door! Saida III #402 overlooks its' splendid, beach front playground and welcomes you to retreat in a soothing pallet of light, coastal colors. Comfortably furnished and tastefully accessorized surroundings open to scenic Gulf views while a broad balcony beckons you outside to enjoy fresh ocean breezes. Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living areas. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed completing accommodations for four. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this functional, cozy beach retreat.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful place to stay! Unit was very clean and very nice. Just as the pictures showed it. The condo property was very well kept. Nice warm pool. Easy access to restaurants and the free bus. Everyone was very friendly. Office staff were very easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great view of the gulf and beach. Ejoyed the activities on the tennis courts and pools all from the balcony. Loved the open concept of the unit, great coastal furnishings, very clean and updated. Restaurants very close by.

We had such an amazing experience with SPI Rentals and this condo! We loved how close it was to the beach and pools!! And loved that this condo had a grill ☺️Our kids had a blast!! We also had the AC go out and they were so quick to fix it :) Even with rainy weather for one day, we had a blast shopping and still swimming! We plan to come to this location for the future!!! The condo was in a great location beautiful views! This was not recently remodeled though. Could definitely use an update especially in furniture they were musty smelling. The sofa couch was decades old. We did enjoy our time though and even with all that we would stay here again.

Buenas tardes: Nos gustó mucho el departamento, la limpieza, el orden, el mobiliario, los utensilios de cocina, el servicio de la tv, podría mejorarse el colchón de la cama queen size, en cuanto a todo el complejo está muy bien conservado, los jardines muy bonitos, solo el baño de la alberca se puede mejorar su limpieza porque si había mucha basura en la tarde, por lo demás estuvimos muy cómodos, volveríamos a hospedarnos en el departamento 402 sin duda, excelente servicio! Another perfect beach week

Perfect location and amenities at Saida. Room was clean as always. Property was well maintained. The new check-in system was much easier and convenient. The view is excellent. We have stayed here nearly 5 summers and are very pleased with our experience.
